There is another Kodi beta to play with as the Kodi team have released beta 4 of Kodi 17 (code named Krypton). This release has a lot of fixes including fixes for DVD ISO playback, fixes for gapless playback and fixes for timers.

Kodi is an open source media center application that is available directly from Kodi.tv and it is now available in the Windows Store. Full release notes and downloads from Kodi.tv:

• Fix certain types of 16bit encoded passthrough streams on OSX
• Fix activate/deactivate on read only timers
• Fix reading interlaced modes from defaultsettings when set to none

• Fix info dialog for recordings on home screen
• Don’t load inputstreams on startup if they are disabled
