Today Microsoft has started rolling out Windows 10 Mobile to a selected list of Windows Phone 8.1 devices (Lumia 1520, 930, 640, 640XL, 730, 735, 830, 532, 535, 540, 635 1GB, 636 1GB, 638 1GB, 430, 435, BLU Win HD w510u, BLU Win HD LTE x150q, MCJ Madosma Q501). This list excludes some devices that have already received Windows 10 Mobile via the Windows Insider Programs e.g. Lumia 630.

Microsoft have changed the list of devices that will be supported for the Windows Insider Program excluding some devices that are currently receiving builds. Basically all the supported devices for preview builds will now get Redstone builds but devices that are running an Insider Build of Windows 10 Mobile that isn’t on the support list will no longer receive updates, so no Redstone builds and they will be unsupported. So you will either have to continue with the current Threshold 2 build or use the Windows Devices Recovery tool to reset the phone back to Windows Phone 8.1. That means that devices like the Lumia 630 (512MB or RAM) are stuck on an old OS.

Here is the official list of supported phone for Windows 10 Mobile Insider builds:
