The Xbox Music team are working on the new Music app for Windows 10 but they are also still updated the current Windows 8.1 version. The latest update 2.6.677.0 for Windows Phone now gives you the ability to remove items from the Recent plays and at last they have introduced the ability to manual sync your music collection rather than waiting for the app to sync itself, there is now a big “Sync Now” button in the settings section.
