The 2nd release candidate of OpenELEC 5.0 is available for download. OpenELEC is an embedded distribution of KODI (formally now as XBMC) which you can use on a wide range of devices including a Raspberry Pi and the 2nd release candidate of OpenELEC includes the latest version of Kodi amongst the changes.
