OpenELEC 5.0 Release Candidate 1

The OpenELEC team have announced the first release candidate of OpenELEC 5.0. OpenELEC is an embedded version of Kodi (the new name for XBMC) and this release based on the first release candidate of Kodi. It also includes an updated Linux kernel and switch to LibreSSL.
