Skype have added a handy new feature to the Windows Phone 8/Windows 8.1 version of the Skype app. You can now share your location via the chat with another user, handy if you want to meet up with your friends or family and show them where you are.
Also in the update received photos are saved to your camera roll and you can change notification settings per chat. You can find the app in the Windows Phone Store.
