Today at IFA Microsoft launched the Lumia 830 which they call “An affordable flagship” device. The Lumia 830 has a 10MP Pureview camera with ZEISS optics and optical image stabilization, 1MP front facing camera, 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcom Snapdraggon 400 processor with a 5 inch 1280 x 720p screen. It has 16GB of storage with a micro SD card supporting cards up to 128GB. The phone has a removable 2200mAh battery, SensorCore so you can track movements with Bing Health and Fitness and other fitness apps.

Nokia are positioning it as a flagship phone (and comparing it with the iPhone 5S and Galaxy S5 in the press conference) but with an affordable price 330 Euros un-subsidised. It launches with the Lumia Denim update (read about it here) later this month.

The Lumia 735 and 730 Microsoft describe as a selfie and Skype phones which a 5MP wide angle front camera designed for Skype calls and taking selfies. The 735 has wireless charging, 8GB of storage with support for 128GB microSD card, 6MP rear camera, 4.7 inch OLED screen powered by a 1.2 GHz Snapdragon quad-core processor. The Lumia 730 is a 3G dual sim version. The 4G LTE version will be 219 Euros and the 735 199 euros. They also ship with Lumia Denim and ship later this month.

Microsoft also announced two new accessories that provide innovative ways for people to interact with their phones, plus the Lumia Denim update, which brings extra features and enhancements to existing Lumia smartphones.
