The 3rd alpha release of Kodi 14 (the OS formally known as XBMC) code named “Helix” has been released. Kodi 14 looks like it’s going to be more of a stability release and will probably not have that many new features. The changes with this release include the option to change the virtual keyboard layout for international layouts. The release also includes automatic add-ons updates with the option to control whether updates automatically install, download or control it manually.

Other changes include font size options, 5.1 PCM playback for Android and improved MusicBrainz matching.

You can get the download from xbmc.org and there are full release notes on their blog.
