We are big fans of the Android AllCast casting app. It supports DLNA, Chromecasting, Apple TV and now they have added support for Amazon’s new Fire TV. This means you can stream content from your local collection of a DLNA server to just about any device on the market.

There is a trial version that has a 1 minute viewing limit so you can give it a try and the full version costs £3.05 from the Google Play Store.
