It looks like our old Windows Media Center guide data problems have returned to haunt us. Despite what Microsoft may want us to think there are still plenty of Media Center users out there and users in the UK are reporting a loss of EPG data with the data running out October 27th. This problem has happened a few times over the past couple of years with Microsoft getting a fix in place just as the data ran out.
Microsoft are aware of the issue and are working on a resolution, you vote up the problem on Microsoft’s Connect site. In the meantime there is still over the air EPG data which gives you 7 days’ worth of data.
