Microsoft have updated Skype for Windows Phone with changes to the UI and speeds improvements. Skype have added a filter to the people list so you can set it to only show contact with Skype accounts. Also the home page has been cleaned up so you can pivot between People, Recent and Favourites.
There is still no video messaging sending in the app which is a feature that has been on other platforms for some time.
