Yesterday we got not one but two updates of OpenELEC test builds as they get ready for OpenELEC 3.2. Version 3.1.4 was released which had improvements for the Raspberry Pi DTS decoding and Fast Forward/Rewind support. Unfortunately 3.1.4 had a major bug with the SQL database so the OpenELEC team released version 3.1.5 that fixes the issues.

Don’t forget these are only test builds, if you want a stable OpenELEC build you should stick with 3.0 until version 3.2 is released.
