With Media Browser 3 the development team are moving away from just being a Media Center addin to a complete cross platform media system. Today the first beta of the Android client has been released. The beta is available from the Media Browser site (coming to Google Play Store soon) and is currently optimised for the Nexus 7. You will need to have a Media Browser 3 server up and running and that is available from the Media Browser site as well.
I will be getting my MB3 server up and running so I can give this a try.
