Amazon have launched its AutoRip music server here in the UK. The services gives you digital versions of CDs, tapes and vinyl albums purchased since 1999. When you log in to Amazon’s Cloud Player you can access your albums purchased and then stream or download the tracks.

It’s a good way to encourage customers reluctant to embrace digital downloads to use Amazon’s Cloud player service. You can also upload your own music collection to the Cloud Player like you can with Google Music but you only get a small amount of storage for free compared to Google’s service.

Amazon have iOS and Android apps as well as a browser version and Windows desktop app.

Thanks to @databaejase for the tip
