Flickr on Android

Years ago I used to be a big fan of Flickr and uploaded a lot of photos (we even had and still have “a show off your set up” group)  but over the last few years I got out of the habit of posting. Recently I started post pictures to my Flickr account for use on TDL and Flickr’s latest changes could encourage more users to return to the server as well as attract new users.

Flickr are now offering 1TB of storage for free as well as there being a designed more visual UI. Google offers 15GB of free storage, Amazon offer 5GB and Microsoft offer 7GB of storage so Flickr’s service look impressive and is ideal for uploading full high quality photos. The Android app has been updated with a new look and is available for free from the Google Play Store. You can find me on Flickr http://www.flickr.com/photos/iandixon/
