As well as the updated Windows Store app Twitter have updated the Android and iOS versions of the apps. The Android app has a new look for Android 4.x which seems much flatter and very metro like. Plus there are other fixes like @username and hashtag suggestions.The iOS version has faster launch times, retweet information and other bug fixes.
The iOS version is available from the iTunes Store and the Android version is available from Google Play
