Microsoft’sSurfaceRT may not exactly setting the world on fire in terms of units sold despite in my option being a great device but part of that has to be the limited place it’s on sale. Up to now the only way to purchase a Surface RT in the UK was either via Microsoft’s Online Store or at John Lewis but that is set to change as Currys are now selling the device via its web site.
Currys are selling the 32GB Surface RT version for £399.99 the same price as Microsoft and are also selling the 32BG with Touch Cover for £479.99 and the 64GB with Touch Cover for £559.99
Hopefully Currys will have them in store as it gives potential purchases a chance to play with the device before buying, but at least it’s available via their site alongside other Windows 8 devices.
