Skype for Windows 8 and Windows RT (the Windows Store version) has been updated and now includes sending of files and photos. File sharing has been part of Skype for the desktop for some time so it’s about time the Windows Store version got the feature.
Also included in this version are performance improvements that should please Skype users on Microsoft Surface as well as general bug fixes.
