One of the most popular addins for Windows Media Center is TunerFreeMCE, the addin enables watching of on-demand TV and Radio in Media Center without the need of a Tuner. Martin Millmore the developer of TunerFreeMCE is bringing the renamed TunerFree app to the Windows Store, both Windows 8 and Windows RT are supported which is great as there is no tuner or Media Center options for Windows RT.

The first version of the app will support BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Five, Dave, Hulu and ABC Australia. The app is going to be free and will work on the Microsoft Surface , the screenshots looks great and the app is currently going through the approval process so we should see it in the store soon.
