Reading the new DVBlogic Wiki I found this important point:

DVBLink Connect! Server Features

TV streaming to PCs and netbooks using the web browser is not listed among the features. Has this been terminated?

TV streaming as well as remote EPG and remote recording via the web browser are still important features for us allowing the user to choose between a huge number of clients with regard to his preferences. On our list of features we wanted to enable in version 4 the streaming to clients based on apps had the higher priority and we decided to release version 4 for the moment without the web browser based streaming. Nonetheless we are working hard on this feature in order to release an update version as soon as possible. For users to whom the web browser streaming is a key feature, we recommend to wait with upgrading until the update is released. If you installed version 4 already and want to return to v3.x you will have to uninstall version 4 and install v3.x again. You can find the installer here: How to download the last released v3 DVBLink products

This is a little disappointing and I hope DVBLogic sort this quickly. Having said that the new API for V4 does allow 3rd parties to write streaming clients so perhaps someone else will incorporate streaming into there offering (I would love to see it built into Remote Potato for example)
