At CES we spoke with the DLNA alliance and they were very keen on the fact that they were now certifying software players as well as hardware. CyberLink have just announced one of the first players to be certified under that new process. Whilst this is a Windows based player we can only hope that CyberLink expand this approach to their Android and iOS solutions.
