Hello TDL readers! My name is Andrés Echevarria and I am one of the newest contributors to the Member Adventures Blog here at The Digital Lifestyle.
Some of you may recognize me from my guest spot on the Media Center Show podcast (episode #264) or from my blog (My Network Project).
My posts here on the Member Adventures Blog will focus on Cable Card for U.S. based Media Center users with a heavy dose of SDV (Switched Digital Video) thrown in to keep things interesting. There have been a number of posts and articles around the web on cable card but very few on SDV. There are either a lot of lucky Media Center users that do not have to deal with SDV or I am just extremely unlucky with over half of my cable lineup being delivered over SDV.
So if you have any questions about Cable Card and SDV drop me a line so that I can be sure to address the topic in a future post.
