Ian and myself went to see Arcsoft today to talk about 3d support in Total Media Theater within Media Center. Whilst this was certainly amazing to see I was even more impressed by their support in an upcoming version of High Bit Rate HD audio directly over HDMI from the recently announced Intel Home Theater chip sets. This software update which will be free for existing users will also support ATI chipsets which have High Bit Rate output.
The demo we had seemed really good.
