Since getting an iPhone I have been playing with some of the different Media Center remote control apps and the one I am currently using is Remote Kitten. Its nice and simple and does what I need. The developer has updated the app so it looks prettier and includes:
New colour theme in the free version.
Choice of 5 themes in the paid version.
Launch tab buttons jump back to the navigation tab after you press them.
Paid version now has a track pad for controlling the mouse.
Paid version now has keyboard support.
Windows client runs on Windows XP
Anybody suggestions on which remote apps I should try? I also have tried Intelliremote which is very nice

Hippo Remote is pretty nice. Many profiles for various apps like Windows Media Center and Boxee. Separate screens for playback, touchpad, arrows, etc.
