I mentioned in my last blog post that some of our European friends were having some success in viewing free to air cable channels using the DVB version of the HD Homerun Network tuner from Silicon Dust but with one puzzling feature – only tuner 1 was working reliably with tuner 0 being either unusuable on very unreliable. Well it appears there was a bug in the driver/firmware which has now been resolved and I’m getting reports that tuner 0 works really well.
I am very impressed how pro-active silicon dust are on this – I have friends in scandinavia who have actually had one on one sessions with Silicon Dust’s stateside engineers to try and resolve their issues!
