Many laptops and tablets come with USB-C ports so a USB-C hub is now an essential part of your kit. The D-Link DUB-2327 is a 6 in 1 USB-C hub that works phones, tablets and laptops. It has full sized HDMI, two USB 3.0 ports, SD and MicroSD slots and a USB C port which can be used for accessories or as a power supply (up to 60W).
I tested it with my Surface Go and used it to charge my device, connect a 4k monitor and a wireless keyboard and mouse. So now I can use it as a dock on my desk and with it being small I can throw it my bag when travelling. I also tried it with my Surface Duo 2 Android phone and a Samsung Galaxy phone where I could also use the hub as a dock.
The hub costs £60.98 on Amazon which makes it a lot cheaper than official docks like the Microsoft Surface Dock.
