Hands on with Windows 11 Build 25281 and the new tabbed Notepad

In this video I look at the update to Notepad that brings tabs that has started rolling out for Windows Insiders along with build 25281. The new build is for Windows Insiders on the dev channel and has updates to Spotlight and graphics settings.
