Microsoft has released the December 2022 update for the Surface Duo 2. A couple of months ago Microsoft released the Android 12L update for the Surface Duo and Duo 2, and this month there is just a fix for one issue along with the December 2022 Android Security Bulletin.
The fix is for an issue with calls going directly to voicemail and outgoing calls would end as soon as you place them. I haven’t had these issues on my Surface Duo 2 but I have heard other users having this issue.
