Now that the Windows 11 2022 Update (also known as 22H2) has been released here is how to get the update for your PC. Microsoft are rolling out the OS update in stages via Windows Update so if you are already running Windows 11 go to Settings, Windows Update and check click on the Check for Updates button. As its being rolled out in stages you will only see the option to install the Windows 11 2022 Update if Microsoft have approved the update for your device configuration. So if you don’t see the option to upgrade, don’t worry it should get the option as Microsoft approve more devices.
If you are running Windows 10 and have a device that meets the minimum requirements for Windows 11 then you can go to Windows Update and check for updates. If you see Windows 11 available, then you are good to go.
