Microsoft has released an update to the original version of Windows 11 for Windows Insiders on the release preview channel. KB5016691 takes the build to 22000.917 and includes several quality improvements. This isn’t an update to Windows 11 22H2 currently on test in the release preview channel, it’s an update to the version of Windows 11 that shipped last year, and this update will roll out to retail Windows 11 devices next month as part of patch Tuesday.
