Microsoft have released Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.2020.0 to Windows Insiders in the Beta Channel. The update just has the one major change: “We are improving the reliability of screen snipping experience, especially with apps that access the clipboard often.”

Also changed with this update is the ability to copy and paste a screen snip directly into a folder in File Explorer has been removed.

I had forgotten Microsoft were testing delivering features via feature packs, this means they can deliver new features without needing full builds of Windows 10. The feature is currently in test for Windows Insiders with aim of Microsoft being able to deliver features this way in the future.
