Patch Tuesday brings updates to Windows 10 1903/1909 (KB4556799)

Microsoft have released the monthly updates to the 1903 and 1909 versions of Windows 10. KB4556799 takes the build number to 18362.836 / 18363.836 and contains security fixes. Microsoft are only releasing security updates on the 2^nd Tuesday of the month (Patch Tuesday) and have temporarily pausing non-security updates.
