Steam have updated their SteamVR survey adding new devices into the list. Pimax and Playstation VR and now on the list which shows the usage of each VR system. Previously the survey checked users system specs each month via a random survey and didn’t register a VR headset if it’s not connected at the time. Steam changed the system March so that the survey checks for recently connected headsets meaning the report should be more accurate.
In March Windows Mixed Reality has listed at 8.29% down slightly from last month (8.47%). Numbers have dropped from its peak at 10% last year but there is a new Windows Mixed Reality headset on the horizon from HP but there are no details about it yet.
