Microsoft have released a cumulative update to the older 1809 version of Windows 10. The update is KB4541331 and takes the OS to build 17763.1131. It is just fixes rather than any new features, there are fixes for printing, the touch keyboard and Windows Update.
The update is an optional update for the OS which you can download via Windows Update.
