Microsoft have released a new build of Windows Server vNext for Insiders to test. Microsoft are saying that the features are no longer tied to a specific release just as they do for Windows 10 fast ring builds.

What’s New

This build includes a fix that enlightens National Language Support (NLS) components to be container-aware. NLS state is now instanced per container. This fix addresses some scenarios where a container OS components attempts to access data that is unavailable in the container due to instancing.

The build is available as an ISO or VHDX from Microsoft’s download page with the following keys:
