Microsoft have made available making and receiving phone calls from the Windows 10 Your Phone app. The feature had been in testing for Windows Insiders for the last couple of months and is now available to all Windows users with Android phones.
With the feature enabled and your PC paired up with your Android phone you can make calls and receive calls on your PC and leave your phone in your pocket.
Back in October I recoded a video of the feature in action. In the video try my paired up my Surface Pro 4 with my Pixel 2 XL and show how you can answer a call on my Surface using the Surface microphone and speakers. I also demonstrate how to make a call from the Surface.
