Brandon LeBlanc over on the Windows Insider blog has written a new post detailing the build number and the name of the next Windows Update. The name of the update is the Windows 10 November 2019 Update, which makes sense as due at the end of this month. The version number is 1909 and the code name was 19H2.
Unlike previous feature updates, instead of releasing another large update the November 2019 update is a small feature update to the major 1903 release. This time with the focus on reliability, stability and enterprise features.
The final build number will be 18363.418 which his currently available to Windows Insiders on the release preview ring. The May 2019 Update (1903) and the November 2019 Update (1909) share the same servicing content but 1909 has the new features. If you are a Windows Insiders on the slow ring you will currently be receiving 1909 builds but Microsoft are planning to move Slow ring to 20H1 soon so you may want to check your settings.
If you want to get the November 2019 Update now you need to be a Windows Insider on the Release Preview ring.
