After many attempts I finally managed to get build 18237 of Windows 10 19H1 installing on my test machine. I do not know if there was anything in particular that I did to get it working, Microsoft probably fixed it on the server side.
There is one significant change which is acrylic design applied to the lock screen. In the video I show the lock screen, other fixes and look at the known issues.
