Microsoft have released a cumulative update to the April update of Windows 10 (1803). The update takes the build to 17134.137 and is delivered via Windows Update or can be manually downloaded as KB4284848. The update fixes issues with Windows Mixed Reality and hybrid graphics adapters, the issue made using Windows Mixed Reality unusable on devices like the Surface Book 2 so its good to see this fixed at last.
It also includes a fixes for playing Media Center content on a Windows 10 machine as well as DNS errors and Edge issues:
