Microsoft have released a new Redstone 4 build for the HoloLens. The new build is 171235.1004 and Microsoft say it improves app launch times; it has an animated 3D app launcher and a device management tool. I have been struggling with app launches on the last couple of builds so fingers crossed this will fix that issues.
The update is delivered via Windows Update.

This build is delivered over the air (OTA) through Windows Update to devices that already have the HoloLens RS4 Preview, or can be manually installed using the HoloLens RS4 Preview package at the top of the page.
