Surface Pro 4

Microsoft are rolling out a firmware update for the Surface Pro 4 with the aim of improved the battery life. An update to the embedded control improves battery life during sleep, there are digitiser changes, improvements to the hibernation settings and other changes that all improve the battery life when the Surface is not in use. So when you power up your Surface you shouldn’t see a significant drop in battery life from the time you close the cover (something they touted during the Surface Laptop launch).
