In this video I try a Netgear Nighthawk VSDL/ADSL router. The AC1900 is designed to work with the most common UK ISPs including BT and TalkTak and also has a powerful Wi-Fi signal. It 4 gigabit network ports, 2, two USB 3 ports and an Internet port so you can use as an access point, that way it will work with services like Virgin Media or you could connect it up to your IPS provided device as I did.

There are lots of features packaged into the router including parental controls, guest network, DLNA server, storage sharing. In the video I walk through the router configuration, test USB storage and DLNA features and see what the WiFi signal is like. The router costs about £150 on Amazon.
