The latest build of Windows 10 was released on the fast ring this week (see my hands on video) and for the first time in a few months a build has made it through to the slow ring. So if you are signed up to the Windows Insiders program and are on the slow ring you should receive build 10565.
So far I have found this build to be pretty good, it is stable and introduces the new Skype apps but if you are on a small form factor tablet like the Linx 7 the install blue screens during setup and rolls back.
If you want to do a clean install of the OS you can also grab the ISO file and install it that way.
