It looks like the Windows 8.1 version of Xbox Video has just been updated. This time there are no release notes on Xbox Video’s Uservoice site but the notes on the app say “Minor bug fixes and improvements”. Microsoft have been frequently updating the Xbox Video and Music apps but recently the frequency of updates has decreased.
