If you want to use Google Play Music on Windows you can either use the browser or a 3rd party app like Outcoldplayer. The app has just been updated to version 4.1.1 which fixes a couple of bugs introduced in the last release. Highly rated playlists now show in which are not included in playlists and a bug where views did not show control buttons when songs are selected has been fixed.

The app supports offline playback and all-access subscriptions so you get all of the Google Play Music features on Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. If you use Google Play Music and a Windows device this is a great app and well worth £2.59 from the Windows Store.
