Video: Hands on with the new Archos Windows Phone

This week at IFA Archos announced a new Windows Phone the Archos 40 Cesium. The phone is another low cost Windows Phone priced at £79 and has a 4 inch screen with a Snapdragon 200 quad core processor. Today Garry has had a quick hands on with the Archos Windows Phone.
