There is a new version of the Media Browser Server available for downloading. The new version has the ability to create playlists in the Media Browser web client, improved DLNA compatibility and extra server localization. There are also fixes for Live TV recording paths, subtitle issues and auto-organize fixes.
Media Browser is a great platform for storing your media on, with clients for iOS, Android, Roku, Windows Media Center and Windows Phone.
