In April Microsoft released a preview of their Remote Desktop app for Windows Phone which enables you to remote control a PC or server using RDP and control it using multi-touch and Windows gestures. The app has just been updated to version 8.1.2 and improves the ability to connect to your home PC by name, has a resized remote keyboard based on the device size and the usual bug fixes.
It is a very handy app to have with you in case you need to get on to server. The app is free from the Windows Phone Store (requires Windows Phone 8.1).
