On Windows I use MediaMonkey for managing my music and video collections and I recently started using the Windows Store version and the Android version. The app helps you manage large music collections and is also great for playback content. The Android version which is in beta has just got bumped to release 126 with fixes for media scanning and syncing issues of the last build. If you are looking for an app for managing media on Android then this app well worth checking out.
