DVBLogic have released a beta of TV Server 4.5.3 for Windows. The new version contains lots of bug fixes as well as an easier to use DVBLink web configurator, new DVBLink EPG loader for Australian IceTV EPG provider.

DVBLink TV Server v4.5.3 for Windows platform is available for public beta!
This new version contains a lot of fixes as well as several new features:
– More intuitive Sources tab of DVBLink web configurator
– New DVBLink EPG Loader for Australian IceTV EPG provider
– Support for software update checks
If making a new installation:
– download DVBLink server v4.5.3 from the link below and run msi installer file
– (for using DVBLink Network client on networked PCs) download DVBLink Network Client from the download link below and run msi installer file
– open DVBLink configuration interface (http://<server ip>:39876 and install required DVBLink packages
If upgrading from v4.5.2:
– download DVBLink server v4.5.3 from the link below and run dvblink_server_update.bat
– (if using DVBLink Network client on networked PCs) download DVBLink Network Client from the download link below and run dvblink_network_client_update.bat
– open DVBLink configuration interface (http://<server ip>:39876 and install new versions of the required DVBLink packages
If upgrading from v4.5.1 or less:
– make a backup of your current DVBLink installation
– uninstall all DVBLink products except for DVBLink server
– download DVBLink server v4.5.3 from the link below and run dvblink_server_update.bat
– (if using DVBLink Network client on networked PCs) download DVBLink Network Client from the download link below and run dvblink_network_client_update.bat
– open DVBLink configuration interface (http://<server ip>:39876 and install required DVBLink packages
– restore the DVBLink backup
Notes: – If after update web interface looks weird or is stuck with a progress bar for more than 10-15 seconds press F5 (refresh) in your browser. This should correct the issue.
– XBMC PVR addon will show no recordings with this 4.5.3 beta version. We will be in touch with DVBLink XBMC PVR addon author to correct the issue
– XBMC/Boxee DVBLink addons will show to additional not working tabs when browsing for recordings: Genre and Series
